Time for a Refreshed Spirit

by Suzanne on April 2, 2016

It’s been ages since I’ve spent time here.  Not because I didn’t want to.  Because life and earning an income while living with chronic pain became like sludging through a vat of molasses.  Constant hurry to get something done, and feeling like each day was gone before I could catch up.

But I’ve been re-energized by a wonderful group of friends and am expanding my healing work.  This website will be reworked, refreshed, and refined in the days to come.  Bear with the building phase and I promise I’ll be back with heart-filled words to create peace in your life.

Bright blessings to your spirit.  I’m grateful that you’re here.  And we’ll talk soon!

Choosing For the Future

July 6, 2013

I’ve been missing from this blog for a while, busy with completing a very labor-intensive certification course in Law of Attraction coaching.  I’m nearly ready to request my test and have been spending time thinking about how I want to present my coaching practice. It could be a brand-new site, devoted only to my coaching […]

Spring, We Scarcely Know You

March 27, 2013

Two weeks ago, I posted about the awakening of Spring around me.  And a day or two later, Spring decided to sleep in for a while. Rats!  I was just getting into the energy of renewal, rejuvenation, and refreshed perspective when the balmy days and sunshine disappeared again.  Straight back into cold winds, freezing rains […]

Welcome, Spring, I’ve Been Waiting for You!

March 13, 2013

This morning I caught a glimpse of red haze high above the ground as I passed a mirror suspended opposite a window. Immediately I turned to see what caught my attention.  There at the ends of each branch of a huge old maple tree, were red buds swelling and ready to unfurl the green glory […]

Don’t Act Happy

March 6, 2013

On my writing blog, I wrote about the insight Dr. Steven Farmer received from an acting instructor.  In a class of children, the instructor directed them to “Stop acting.” Wow.  Dr. Farmer thought that was why they were there. Then he realized the instructor wanted the children to let go of the reactions and movements they thought they […]

Making a Conscious Choice

February 27, 2013

I don’t get it. News that another person in a position of responsibility abandoned those in his care in an attempt to save his own life.  News that a call for help ties up emergency services for days, in what now appears to be a hoax. I can’t imagine how the density of the energy […]

Being Our Best Selves With Friends

February 20, 2013

I’ve been so busy for so many months that I haven’t taken the time to have fun… heck, to even breathe. So I took a day for myself recently.  Well, for a friend and myself.  We escaped from our daily worries and hit the road, heading for unspecified adventure.  We knew we were looking for […]

All We Need is Love Every Day

February 13, 2013

As the song says, love is all we need.  And tomorrow is the one day each year that the world focuses on love.  Romantic love, puppy love, family love and friendship love. It’s the day we collectively spend millions of dollars for some material sign for the object of our love.  Roses and other floral […]

Working on Peaceful Patience

February 6, 2013

So, it’s obvious from last week’s post that I’m going to be working with a new computer.  What’s not so obvious (as you read that post) is that I’m not thrilled to have to start from scratch and learn a brand new operating system. In fact, I could say it’s among my top one or […]
