Working on Peaceful Patience

by Suzanne on February 6, 2013

So, it’s obvious from last week’s post that I’m going to be working with a new computer.  What’s not so obvious (as you read that post) is that I’m not thrilled to have to start from scratch and learn a brand new operating system.

In fact, I could say it’s among my top one or two things I least like to do.

And this operating system is s-o-o-o far past the one I’m familiar with from (ahem) years of use, that it might as well be a lunar landing control system.  Just the brief glimpse the tech gave me after transferring my files dropped a huge boulder in my stomach.

I think these next few weeks will be a very good time to work on staying in peaceful patience.  And, believe me, this learning experience will definitely be working that patience muscle.

But maybe this computer switch happened, and the new operating system came loaded on that computer, because I need to exercise my patience muscle.  Maybe the Universe is telling me not to get complacent, but to remain open and flexible.

So that’s what I’ll be doing.  Remaining open and flexible to the possibility that I may end up liking this operating system far more than I did the old one.  That I may find it is more efficient, more robust, and more fun than anything I’ve used in the past.

But just in case, would you please send a few tendrils of “peaceful patience” energy my way for the next little while?

What do you need to find peaceful patience for in your own life?  Is it something coming into your life, or something you’re working to release?  Let us know in the comments, and we’ll all share the energy with each other.
